BOSTON — Even on a bad night, Jayson Tatum can post numbers that would be career-best performances for many NBA players.
That’s how it is when you are widely considered one of the top five players in the game, a legit assertion about Tatum because he has the receipt that matters most - First team, All-NBA status - to back it up.
And while Tatum is still an elite player whose game seems to be growing beyond being just an elite scorer, some believe his status as a Top-5 player in this league is in jeopardy.
