Finishing their first West Coast trip of the season in the Mile High City on Tuesday is a fitting conclusion for the Boston Celtics.
Because in a season filled with one page-turning, cautionary tale after another, the team Boston has learned the most from in what to do - and what not to do - when it comes to defending an NBA championship, is the Denver Nuggets.
