BOSTON — With a home winning streak that’s already in double figures, no one should be surprised at the Boston Celtics players having an off-the-charts level of confidence at the TD Garden.
Thinking that way is one thing.
Playing like it?
That could be a problem, especially when you come out playing as lethargic as the Celtics did on Tuesday against the Cleveland Cavs.
Boston needed someone, anyone, to snap them out of their coma-like approach to Tuesday’s game.
Jaylen Brown apparently got the memo, sparking the Celtics to a 120-113 victory to extend their winning streak at home to 11 straight and just as important, keep them atop the Eastern Conference standings.
