Celtics Need to Harden Up to Win this Series
Philly's James Harden was a problem for Boston (again), with 42 points. But more problematic was the level of physicality the Sixers played with, and the fact it took the Celtics so long to meet it.
PHILADELPHIA — The film doesn’t lie.
James Harden was inconsistent, indecisive and irrelevant in every way imaginable in Game 3.
Game 4 was a different game and for most of the matchup, a different James Harden who the Celtics failed to contain.
And the end result was a 116-115 overtime win for Philly capped off by - what else? - the game-winning shot from James Harden.
Philly has now evened the best-of-seven series at two games apiece. Game 5 will be in Boston on Tuesday, with Game 6 back in Philadelphia with one of the two teams in position to close out the series.
