Burning Questions for all 30 NBA teams ahead of the 2024-2025 season

BOSTON — The NBA season is here, a time when optimism is at an all-time high. But the reality of this NBA season, like previous ones, is that only a handful of teams are built to contend for the Larry O’Brien trophy 

And at the front of the pack by an overwhelming margin, is the defending NBA champion Boston Celtics. 

By breezing through most of the playoffs combined with bringing back its entire core group from a year ago, Boston has doubled down on the belief that the team from a year ago can do it again. 

That quest to repeat, something no team has done since the 2017-2018 Golden State Warriors, will be one of the most closely-watched storylines this season.
